The role of the modern b d r or sr is to be a subject matter expertse. What else are we looking for and that role, i truly believe that it's before we think about what those people do or who they are? It needs to be, what is the strategy? Right? If you're trying to book as many meetings as possible and do it at the cheapest, cheapest cost for the meeting, not for the customer, then hiring people that are 23 isn't an effective strategy. And instead, contribute to the conversation. In every single point and can be helpful.
