i was writing an article about alcohol, and i thought, you know, let's just test this with a h r v. So i took a reading half an hour before I had the wine with dinner. And it took about three hours to have that start to recover. That just gives me an indication of a, a it does to my system wel yet. Now, we i so that's a nicotina mid mono nucleatid. We open a bottle on a friday night. It lasts till s Saturday night. But i thought i'd test one glass of wine. A staggered at, ah, what effect it had on my heart rate. Ohow. Well, well
