Is Nasal Breathing a Good Thing?

Nasal breathing is a little bit more, i guess you could say, from a sympathetic to pari sympathetic side of the nervous system, probably more relaxing. The exact rational or what is the biggest factor there, im not a hundred % sure of to be honest. But i do see that their h r v tends to trend more to be par sympathetic. And recovery seems to be better. And they just tend to do better over all.
