It's really important that you have something else to talk about it I mean that works in all contexts within UX. You can offer them that that possibility and say do you do you want to do this again or do you just want to stop? That also gives you the opportunity to if they do want to follow up and reschedule then you can gather together some resources that you can make sure you give them in conjunction with the following chat.
