I'm guilty of all of these times a thousand. Like I'm totally a catastrophizing person, both escalating quickly. The fallacy of fairness was a really big one for me. It's not fair that rich white men have all the power and people who work really, really hard remain in poverty. What goes around comes around like that eventually how we impact the world around us will too.
