Paula: How can a person make smarter decisions about i guess this is a very big question, how to organize their day. But let's start with the day, since that's easier to wrap your head around. I think the evidence in the day points to some very, very clear design principles. Figure out what your chronotype is and figure out if you go peak trougf recovery or 20% pique. And then do more creative work during those two periods of time.
