The Importance of Stability

There's 50,000 muscle spindles in your entire body and that includes muscles in your face. When we think about stability, stability is essentially from a muscular perspective. Our body has a wanting us to not fall over. We have a lot of autonomic processes that allow us to be bipedal ambulatory. If you've ever seen someone stand on one leg and watch their foot just do this? It's not weak ankles. There's not enough muscular turn for the ankle to make it weak or strong at all.
