The Benefits of Dark Chocolate

If you are a chocoholic, you may be programmed to lab chocolate based on the activity and makeup of your gut bacteria. This isn't necessarily bad news however, scientists have studied the benefits of dark chocolate for years. Dark chocolate in moderation has an impressive resume. One of the real standouts is that it can nourish good gut bacteria.
