When you were first on the podcass, i didn't know that you were plant kno ido and a. And i remember telling you, like, how I broke my fast yat i i told siofor that i broke my fast with a ribbi,. But i said it very like proud of myself. Yes, you must have tought tht i was like a lunatic. Mean, i i have, i'm not in judgment, or at least not the most sensitive person. There's no reason to be, like, vilify anything. That's what i didn't like about the vegan community when i first got into this world of wellness.
