Mentally Strong People Don't Talk Too Much About Their Problems
Mentally strong people don't waste time feeling sorry for themselves. It's ok to be sad, it's part of the huing process sometimes. But self pity is when we dig in our heels and think, this isn't fair. My problems are too big. And then you stay stuck in that. When we feel sorry for ourselves, we think that there isn't a solution so we don't do anything to make life better. We just stand up complaining, whining,. thinking how awful it is, and convincing ourselves that life is never going to get any better. Just don't feel sorry. Like experience sadness, but don't wallow in pity, right?
