The Importance of Diet in Strength Training

Olympic lifting is a shitty way to get strong. It's the least efficient. We can't do it. That's why we have a bunch of drugs and Olympic weightlifting and have for 50 years. Any sport that is dirty with drugs is a sport that doesn't train the deadlift in the squat. Well they just don't know any of the barbell movements and they don't know how to do it. Look at baseball. How many of those guys had to go sit in front of a Senate committee, in front of John McCain and try to act like they weren't doing steroids? Oh yeah. Maybe we ran them up there.
