I think a food category like these refined bleach deodorized seed oils that have only been on market for 50 to 100 years and our consumption of them is just skyrocketed. And I agree with everything you've said thus far, but I will add that absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. Most people have much bigger fish to fry and ultimately that big fish is reducing the consumption of ultra processed foods. You don't have to eat them, I'm not suggesting, I don't put them in my diet,. I don't recommend them to anybody.
