People who exercise four hours a day and change their diet are less likely to eat sweets. But the trial is uncontrols, so you can tell at the end whether they lost weight per dum or prevented diobedes because they exercised. And my issue with some of this other stuff about exercise, about happiness, and it implies that people have a profound physiological disorder. It makes them feel worse about themselves.
