In the preface to Encyclopedologic, which I quoted from last night and just referenced, Hegel explains this. Certain things, including truth, have two names he's explaining. And the quote is, one in the language of gods and the other on the tongues of us men. So he sounds all humble because he's a wizard in a parasite pretending he's a man when he's already talking about the language.
