How to Address a Tight Hip Flexor Complex
If you have a tight IT band and the type of reformist, I think you're just describing the same problem. It seems that if you get a good IT band release, then it immediately tends to dissipate the tension on the knee. But there's a different type of myofascial release that I employ to in terms of, I call it more like a motor point myof ascial release. And so I attack motor points with what I do. However, if I see their pelvis kind of swinging back and forth this way, I might say that's probably going to be an IT band issue influencing the lower back.
