How to Craft a Great Sales Story

Marketing and sales are getting so a pulled together, whether they like it or not. If i had to pull it down to three things, what is it that makes a great story? A hero we care about, a villain we're afraid of, and an epoc struggle between them. Don't commit the superman problem where you don't have someone your audience can relate to.
