"You don't get a lot of training. Well, just because we don't really get the chance to have this type of conversation," she says. "I've had people come and talk about addictions with drugs, addictions with pornography, cheating on their partners,. lots of marriage abuse, faith crisis where they've lost their faith or transitioning faith." She adds: "Mental health is massive... brethren and sisters come to you and crying or you seek them out".
