The Difference Between Level Running and Uphill Running

level running is harder from a musculoskeletal standpoint because the impact forces are higher every time you hit the ground it's anywhere between 2.5 or 2.7 times your body weight uphill running tends to be cardiovascularly harder more difficult in most situations. For up-to-run if you want to become better at uphill running you have to focus on the end of driving and then there's ways with food placement where you can sort of minimize how much you slow down every step as well but without going into that debate I think the driving part for the uphill is really there too.
