Shefs Can't Talk, So What's a Great Way to Use It?
The segment grew out of the fact that in those days, so many shafts were just completely inarticulate. We discovered that by interviewing a shef in a market, at the farmers market, along with a farmer, it it became like more of a safe place for them to talk about what they're doing.
