Have you found, so now that you've been doing this, for how long have you been doing this again?
Speaker 1
A few months now.
Speaker 2
Okay. And what are you noticing?

So something that I found is I love kind of bringing those weekly and daily intentions down to that more granular level so that I can actually follow through with them. And another thing that I found is writing down the outcomes that I got out of the time blocks at the end of the day. So underneath the time blocks, I just have outcomes on my sheet here. So this specific day, stayed grounded all day, organized all the meaningful book notes that I had captured. I had a great call with Lucinda, my agent who's been on the pod, an author in her own right, organized and collected all my thoughts on the marketing plan that I was creating too. Natural marketing, that's a good kind of way of framing it. But, yeah, so those were the outcomes that I got out of this particular day. And that outcome focus and that process focus that fuels and into those broader intentions, I'm finding that I'm quite enjoying that. I don't know if I'm accomplishing more because of time blocking, but I definitely can make progress on all the things that I want to, in a way that is predetermined, but not too predetermined. I don't know. Does that answer? Yeah, I think so.
