Do You Need to Lose Weight?
Every one can have one or two meals during the week. We should be looking at our diet as a whole, rather than each individual meal. People think that we gain or lose fat cellsand that's not true. The body positivity movement has emerged because society is awful to people who are larger. So while there is health at many sizes in a population, ther are going to be larger people who are perfectly healthy and skinny people with tapto dibites. They cannot be health at every size.
