How to Increase Your Running Volume for Beginners

For beginner runners we still need to have that running in there I think. You cannot just do walking and expect to get much better at running. Maybe doing run walks actually could be a good compromise. Choose to run on flat courses for those runs where you want to keep heart rate down. choose to run when the temperature is not too hot so whether it's early in the morning or later in the eveningdo those sorts of things.
