What's the Difference Between Offline and Manual?

We have employees and freelancers about 50 to 55 right now. So we've got eight translators in Spanish, five in French, four in Portuguese that are manually transiting profiles daily based on demand from users. And then, yeah, so the team we have, we do research to kind of find the structured data like their birthday and their email. We also manually reach out to the creator. This is another you'll see we don't have a picture on your profile. But my point there is that we add the creator so early in their journey that they're very excited about their profile. We can get in touch with them and they approve photos.
