The Importance of Body Awareness
I think anything that is happening in the here and now the body is by definition. The only of these three centers that is rooted in the present moment. And so I think I think I almost think we need a revolution in our culture that recognizes instinctual intelligence as equal to the head and the heart. We still privilege the head over the heart even though we understand what emotional intelligence is more than we used to.
