The Importance of Customer First Customer Centricity

It's a great question and I probably won't be giving you the answer that you're looking for. To me, it is very much a way for the brand to demonstrate to the right customers, how important they are to the business. So what we really focus on is the intersection of that sort of customer mindset with an understanding of customer lifetime value. We believe that the most effective loyalty programs are the ones that are doing sort of operating at that intersection.
