I noticed that was a trigger of, like, for whatever reason, pictures, like, all kinds of stuff. It was the upward comparison stuff that just seemed to keep coming up again and again. That's ultimately why ted facebook, whatever, was five or six eas that to me. And i actually think that once we catch ourselves in that pattern, like you said, were like, man, like, i don't feel great when i get off facebook. If we're aware of that, that can be a huge motivator for that behaviour change.
