In general, imposing artificial consequences tends to be more effective than waiting for natural consequences to show up and kick in. So things like Weight Watchers with all the points and stuff or these various kind of like diet or food tracking apps, whatever, right? If you enter it in immediately every single time, there's no fudging the numbers. There's no wishful thinking of like, I think I ate some vegetables today. I can probably have a couple of cookies, so to speak.
