You Worked for a W.S.

AWS is kind of like the destination, the goal. I want to get to a W.S. and I will stay there for the rest of my life. What I found is that it is less about AWS and more about where I was at in my career. One funny thing about a big organ like that is there. It can actually be challenging if you work at a place that already has all that figured out because then you're just executing on a playbook.
