Rhubarb and Beef Stew

The recipe I found really appealing was the rhubarb and beef stew. It's kind of a very spiced beef stew. And when you're nearly ready to serve it, you can add some lemon juice or sugar if you want. The stew is quite, mine has a bit more liquid than a proper creche would be. There are those sudden nuggets of smooth sharpness.
