How to Prevent Kidney Disease

The traditional method of calculating EGFR is probably not the best way to do it because pretty much everybody lifts it has elevated bond for needing a lot of protein. A cystatin seed test is probably a better indicator of that and then if you have issues you can go see a nephrologist and actually have kidney scans done and whatnot but really I mean really we want to look at the stuff that's going to be going on in our body.
