i think women are always told to edit yourself, be smaller, be palatable. Fit this mould. You're great up to here. But there's nothing demure about me. Like when i walk in a room, i'm loud. I'm probably too loud. Sometimes when i hold a boundary, i can over correct. We're working on it. we're in progress. But i'd rather be now exactly as myself, then try to be palatable for some expectation that isn't in line with my true self, my authentic self. And so as a woman who is a ceo and has built a massive ass brad and puts out so much good in the world,
