This can be reaching out and calling a friend and asking them how they're doing, so you're giving an ear to somebody else's distress. Do something short term that gives your five senses a jolt - give them a different experience than what they are used to. The s from accepts stands for sensations, and the i in resist stands for intense sensations. But ya, do something nice. Ay, go perfect wall, thinking about someone else more than yourself.
