Is There a Strategy for Growth?

I think the danger in something like that, some people have actually ridden the wave, not built the wave. And so if you see a company that's gone from 30 employees to, let's say, 300 in the last year, there's definitely huge product driven growth that has happened there. But I think to a point what you're saying is right, for sure, at least having some sort of growth and again, asking what part of the growth were you actually contributing to or searching for folks that have definitely been through that journey, I think is really important.
