The Importance of Incentives in Management

I think depending on how actively involved and how much you want to be as an operator having that incentive structure in place is quite an important piece of the puzzle. Right yeah yeah I think yeah like you said you see so many different strategies and I guess different different strokes for different folks but that incentive piece of management is always one that intrigues me. You know we set it in target we set a target for them to hit and if they hit it they get X dollars and we love paying it because it means that they've done really well.
