I do things with the intention of wanting people to feel better but also getting the validation that I'm helping someone feel better. And sometimes it takes away from my own energy and I do more than I'm actually capable of. You have to be such a kind and good person to be able to even people please. It's just not knowing some of your boundaries on when is a time that might take from you.
