How to Convince Your Investors That There Was Good Searcher Business Fit?
When you were taking your staff one deal around to investors in 2008, I don't think you had any HR experience. Was it just your conviction like you laid out from earlier, your conviction in HR outsourcing and how enthusiastic you would become about that opportunity and industry? I mean, the conviction helped. The senior team at the time had been in place for that really strong tenure at the business. And so, you know, the thought was to really kind of leverage that senior team, right, to help grow the business.
