Building Strong Habits
We know that with enough attention and repetition, these are the most important factors for developing strong habits. We also know that focusing on one habit at a time is the best way to instil strongest habits. And finally, as i get to the end of my little spill on habits and hand the mike over to catherine, is the reason that we build these habits, as opposed to other complex behaviors, is because habits are the behaviours that we go to when situations change in pressure. So you end up with a set of behaviors that are consistent in differing levels of pressure different environments, and you can measure them.
