At 40, either you did something with your life or you didn't. You've got a track record. Are there indicators you would look for in a tean ager or college student that would indicate that they bring that kind of experience to the job? Like, what are some of the markers you'd look for in such a potential hire? Sure. I mean, you know, look at look at peopled. Look at some o jst graduated from high school and how they lived their life through high school. And again, you can see it experientially, just from how they live their life as individuals a young adsa.
