The product leader's job is to delight customers in these hard to copy margin enhancing ways. The tricky part about this, it is a balancing act. I know how to delight all of you. Lower the price, cut in half for all of you and get the same content you want. That doesn't help the business. And it's unsupportable in the long term. Today, about 2% cancel every month at Netflix.
