The Randomization of a Postcardic Rest Trial
This is one of the largest postcardic rest trials ever done. Only the TTM2 trial has been bigger as far as I know. The results are very, very precise. And if anything, the point estimate is sort of in the wrong direction. So I think it's unlikely that hypercapnia actually results in a large difference in outcomes and that this was a chance.
