The windmill these are exercises that we've taken into the kettlebell world. We do this one exercise from Pat Flynn's book sustained supple and I'm not gonna be able to find it very quickly. The kneeling press about Gary goat bag swing or any grind hinge with kettlebell is those things you can do too much of. And then finding that last bucket with the Turkish get-up and the Olympic lifts in the bent press where it takes a while to learn them  you have to fold your arms and say did I really need to learn all that did that right that make me better?
