Fitness is a trillion dollar industry and we're not making people fitter in whatever expanding their fitness besides, I look great on Instagram with my abs. So this book is for whom potentially fitness is left behind. Think about how many people in there, when we were in some of those towns, we saw some elderly people here. How fit were some of those elderly Japanese people? They didn't bench press a lot. But there's something about being durable and being useful. We know that it's going to make a healthier, more robust platform.
