The goal seems to be the key factor there gotcha right yeah it's for the person. Studies have shown that women specifically eating their entire days of protein within four hours don't see a decrease in lean body mass so they're not losing muscle. I think maybe like if you consume too much MCTs then you're probably gonna get like some diarrhea or some other digestive problems which essentially kind of eliminates that MCT also you're not really digesting it fully. If your body would still consume MCTs in excess then it probably would be converted to body fat eventually but it's still possible eventually.
