Introduction
Brad stalberg had surgery on his calf a couple of days ago. Had been suffering from chronic condition called exertional compartment sindrum. Tissue that encases your muscle doesn't expand with your muscle, so i didn't have any circulation. Has tried every conservative treatment under the sun including dry needled and bow tocks inserted into my calf. Finally decided hiking was too unenjoyable after years of kicking the can down the road for long enough.
