The Hard Pivot to Evergreen
In 2016, I made a pretty hard pivot to evergreen. So then for a couple of years, really focused on putting our courses on evergreen. Now the next hard pivot happened January of 2018 was when I restructured my business again to charge high ticket for the first time. And that was kind of the next phase was really focusing on these higher touch, higher ticket price point offers. That's what we've become famous for and the thing that I invented in this industry is how to sell those high ticket offers without sales calls.
