We're going to give like a simulation in some ways of what it feels like to have a panic attack. In particular, how focusing on the in breath when we're feeling anxious really exacerbates the feeling of anxiety or panic. So imagine like just taking in really quick ones and not breathing out very much. As you're doing that, what are you noticing as you're doing then? I feel like my heart rate's getting faster.
