The Importance of Initial Management in Patients With Pulmonary Renal Syndrome

Pulmonary renal syndrome can be a life threatening presentation because of the rapid onset of both the respiratory failure and renal failure. In these patients often you write the first few hours or just spend stabilizing the patient as often infection has to be ruled out fairly confident before you can start to move on further true treatment. And again you will look for urgent indication for hemodilis in these patients and then urgent consults to ICU, resprology, nephrology and rheumatology are very reasonable.
