Using Rituals to Enhance Service Experiences

I started looking at rituals back in the 90s with Proton Mobile when I did a master's in product design at St Martins and so I got really excited how do we create rituals around products. There's obviously potential here to improve rich service experiences through smaller ritual interactions, he says.
