Is There Any Hope That My Long Heart Capacity Will Catch Up?
I moved to the mountains four years ago, and my condition still is not caught up. I read mine early in every mecon and have to take three times as many breaths before i can do the next set. It feels like i'm breathing through a straw and hitting time caps every day - which is killing my mind set. What you want to do is actually get, ah, extend how long you're comfortable, not extend how longyou're uncomfortable. And the way you push back the pain point is by doing the long, slow distance stuff.
