Is It Better to Write on a Laptop or Pen and Paper?

Adam is a big-ever note fan and kind of type it up, take a photo. At TTA when we do an observation, we also expect the person who's been observed to write a full reflection. Adam: I'm not going to say anything at all while you're doing it. I might make some notes but don't read anything into my face or whatever because I'm just here to listen to you. And then I'll give them feedback on their reflection. If I think someone's given a bad reflection, I'll send them away. That makes perfect sense.
